Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot Salad with Greek Yogurt Honey Dressing

Salad
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cups grapes, halved
1 scallion chopped
1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds
½ cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
Dressing
½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
½ cup low-fat mayonnaise
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together Greek Honey Dressing ingredients.
Pour over salad and toss!
